This is for a non-tilt window. The metal part measures 30" long and 1/2" wide. The stamp for weight does not match anything on your website that I can find.

This appears to be either an S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2940.
