Channel Balance

I've ordered a wrong channel balance and need your help to identify the correct one. It's 1/2" but I cannot figure out the shoe model number. The only markings I see on the broken channel balance is 25 5 TP.

You have a special type of balance that will need to be a custom order. Your photos thankfully tell us everything we need to know. Can you just tell me how many you wanted to purchase?
