Part number stamped on balance reads (02/3) UNIQUE 27-E-50. It is 28 inches long and .5 inches wide.

I am confident we can help, but that stamp doesn't tell us the balance's identity, just its strength. Can you show us the fittings or attachments on either end of the metal channel? From there I'll do my best to see what we have for you.
