Channel Balance

Hello-I need to replace two window channel balances. I have uploaded a picture of the information stamped on the back of the part I need to replace. Would you be able to assist me in figuring out which part this would equal from your site? Thanks for the help.

We'd be happy to help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory. The video below will explain this in more detail.

Hello-thanks so much for getting back to me. Attached are four more photos. Also, the length of the channel balance is 32.5" not including the footers. Thanks again for the help!

Hello! Emily is out sick but I will do my best to help you from here.

I actually do recognize this balance, but this is a special type that we don't carry as a stock product. That means this will have to be a custom order. It also means I need just a few more pieces of information before we go any further.

To start, can you confirm the length of the metal channel? It should be 32-5/8". I just want to be 100% sure.

Can you also show me a picture of the metal hook that was at the end of the cord? This hook is what went into the side jamb track while the balance was installed. It may seem like a small piece but it's a surprisingly important detail, so we definitely need to see it before we go any further.
