Channel Balance with 15-029 Shoe?

A quick learner from Port St Lucie says:

I am replacing 2 channel balance from a Norandex or Alcan window. The channel is marked 2950 and is a 30" square balance. Looking at your parts on the website it looks like it has channel balance top 19-005 and channel balance shoe 15-029. I did not see this combo available on your website. I would appreciate any help. Thanks Mike

Hello there. None of our stock balances use the 15-029 7/8" deep shoe, but we can easily provide this for you via custom order. I just sent you an email with a custom link to order two 30" balances, stamped 2950, and with the 19-005 Top and 15-029 Bottom attached.
