Channel Balance

A quick learner from USA says:
I called your company today asking for channel balance and sash parts, and I was told that the parts I am looking to replace are out of stock or are not in production anymore. However, when I called earlier, I was told by one of your employees that your company can provide similar replacements for these old parts if you know the measurements.

Yes, I'm confident we can help. You have either a Series 351 or Series 390 Channel Balance. The difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need to measure the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, to determine the length needed. Let me know if you need help choosing the stamp option. Finally, for your Top Sash Guide, see if the 18-168 Yale Orgon guide matches what you have.

Thank you that was very helpful! I confirmed the S390 and other parts are a good match. I'll be ordering the items from you all soon.
