Need your help to identify the right parts for my channel balance. Please include the top and bottom caps.

non-tilt, length: 28" width: 1/2" or 9/16"
stamp number: 27 4 FP CALDWELL

Hi there!

This looks like a match for our S350-28 channel balance with the 2740 stamp option. Take a look and see if you agree.

1. I will assume it (S350-28/2740) comes fully assembled with the top (19-002) and bottom (1-3/32" deep) fittings and will be ready to install out of box.

2. What kind of Top Sash I need to order with S350-28/2740?)

3. Any difference between left or right side of channel balances and related parts?

Yep, you assumed correctly. These balances are non handed meaning they can work on either side of the window. As for the top sash guide, the Series 350 is compatible with many, many different ones so it would depend on what you had originally. If you can show us yours removed from the sash, that will help me narrow down your options.
