Your balance appears to match our S351-22 or S390-22, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 351 has a 1" deep shoe, while the Series 390 has a 1-1/8" deep shoe. You'll need to measure as shown in the picture below to determine the best match. You will also need the 2130 strength option, based on your 21 3 stamp.
