Channel Balance

A home owner from Bellflower, CA says:

Hi,I'm looking to replace my channel balance and I have is, 1/2" x 29" long with stamp option of 28 3 AS CADWELL and 1 3/32" bottom shoe. Also i need to replace the 5/8" top sash guide as you can see from the attached photos my OEM have the top part measured of 1 1/8" wide with a small wing from the bottom 1/4" x 1 1/32" and the only i saw close to mine on your website is,(5/8" Top Sash Guide) part no. 18-009.

Can you tell me the right parts so i can place the order?

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at this discussion here where a customer who had the same top sash guide used the 18-009 as a replacement. See if you think this could work for you as well. 

We'd be happy to identify your channel balance but we would need you to remove an undamaged assembly with the end fittings intact to compare to our inventory.

Thanks for the additional photos. Based on these news photos and your 1-3/32" deep shoe, I recommend the S385-29 with the 2830 spring strength option.
