Channel Balance

Question

I have a channel balance to replace. The imprint on it 25S. It's a tilt out window. Is this enough information to tell me which one to order?

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of your channel balance fully removed from the window since the stamp code only indicates the strength of the spring, not the balance series. If you could show us both ends of the balance, as well as the stamp code that you mentioned, we can go from there. We'll relate a few videos on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!
