Hey there, thanks for posting! Your balances look like they could be either the S380-30 or the S385-30 with a 2960 stamp.
To determine which of these is the series you'll need, confirm the dimension for the depth of the bottom shoe. It should either be 1" or 1-3/32". Given that you stated you believe you have the 15-005, it should be 1" however, it would be best to double check.
