bottom measure as 1/32
I think it dates from early 90s.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't identify your balance from this description alone. The numbers stamped on the metal channel aren't a part number or anything like that. It just represents the weight calibration. In order to help, I will need you to remove an undamaged balance from the window with the end fittings intact.
