Channel Balance

Thanks for posting! There is a good chance that we can supply you with replacement balances for your window, however, I'll need a bit more information. To start, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

I am specifically looking to see any attachments that could be connected to the balance or that may still be in the window channel, or that may connect to the bottom of the sash.

I'm sorry to say that it is still a bit difficult to identify the balances you'll need. Although, I can tell by the way they are installed to the top of the window that these will need to be a custom assembly.

I'll need to see them removed from the window and I'll need to see the other side of the balance to confirm pricing and availability. You should be aware that custom balances are non-refundable and non-returnable, so it'll be extremely important to confirm all of the correct information.
