I have a philips window. non tilt channel Balance 25 4 BN CALDWELL Channnel legnth is 26 inches Looks like S350 might as well replace both channels

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'd say our Series 380 or Series 385 would make better matches, depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. Measure as shown below and see which one is best for your repair. I also recommend the 2540 strength option based on the stamp printed on the metal channel.

Yes, I agree that the S385-26 is the better fit given the new measurements. The measurent is over the 1 inch.
