Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can help replace this channel balance, but I need more information. Can you send a clearer picture of the bottom nylon attachment, or the shoe? I need to see it in its entirety. From there we should be able to narrow this down for you. Many thanks.

Hope these help....note the cord pulley is broken off from the bottom....I think I showed that in one of my previous pictures.

Hey Don. That's perfect, thanks. This looks like an S395-29. For a stamp option, choose 2830. Let me know if you have any other questions.
