Hello,
I have (1) windows with this set of balances.
The sash weighed 32.2lbs
The length of the metal was 26-5/8" long.
This window failed so if there is an alternate channel stamp with the correct corresponding weight I provided, I'd like to explore using a standard length.

I see that you have posted a few requests for similar balances, which we can custom order for you. Before we can send over an order link and price quote for these particular balances, we'll need to confirm if these balances use the same V-shaped pulley clip for installation your other balances. Thank you!

Hi.
Yes this group of balances all have that same V Shape clip.
Also, the plastic clip that is screwed into the edge of the sash is broken.
What is that called and do you have replacements?

I can't be sure what other part you might need without seeing photos but it sounds like you may be referring to the top sash guide that keeps that balance in place below the sash. If so, we would need to see an undamaged version of your part uninstalled to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. We do not carry an exact match for your top sash guide but the 18-009 is similar. You'll notice that ours has a larger top that would need to be down to size, but this could still work as long as the rest of the dimensions below match up to yours. Take a look and see what you think.
