Hey there!
Thank you for contacting us. We should be able to help with this. I'll need more information to identify what you have here, however. Could we see photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window, along with a close-up shot of the attachment that connects to the pivot shoe?
We will also need you to remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window along with the written-out thickness and width dimensions.
