Hello,

Can you please let me know the correct channel balance I need? The metal is 30 inches long and 5/8 inch wide. The numbers on the metal look like 2915 BS1 EL.

Thank you for your help,
Deidra

Hi Deidra, thank you for posting,

To further review, are you able to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe from the diagrams below? Please also provide the weight of the window sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. Thank you!

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to me and the late reply. I tried measuring it on a bathroom scale but it was too light. We did a different scale but only have grams or ounces on that scale. It is 384.9 grams or 13.58 ounces. The measurements of the bottom boot is the dimensions for 15-029.

Thank you for all your help,
Deidra

Hi Deidra,

I believe you were weighing the metal channel balance itself. What we need measured is the moveable window sash (frame/glass) that these balances support.

I apologize for any confusion on my end!

Hello,

Thank you for the clarification. The window removable bottom section is 10.7 lbs.

Have a great night,

Thank you!

We will need to custom assemble the balance for you with the 19-005 top and 15-029 bottom shoe. A 2910 stamp can support a 7 to 12 pound window sash.

I have sent over a separate email with an order link for (2) balances with pricing for your review. Please let us know if you have any additional questions and custom orders are nonrefundable.
