I need a replacement for a non-tilt channel balance with the markings "29-5 HM5 CMC 8". Channel measures 30". Window sash is 24 lbs. More pictures are available upon request. Thank you.

Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement channel balances you'll need but they will need to be a custom assembly given the staple-like bracket, wheel, and hook built into the shoe.
To confirm pricing and availability, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom assembly.
