Channel Balance

Hi I have a broken channel balance and need to replace it. It is a single hung vinyl window. The Pics are attached that show the ends and the markings on the balance are:
28 3 EX CMC 7. Can you tell me what I need? Thanks, Dan

This looks a lot like our S385-29 channel balance. Check it out and let me know if you agree.

Looks right. Do I need to also order the winged shoe and top pieces or are they included? Thanks, DAn

Great! Our S385-29 channel balance comes with the nylon attachments already attached.
