Which channel balance do I need to order to replace the broken one? The marking on it is 24 4 CN CALDWELL

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this. Before I recommend anything, can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Thank you kindly! Based on your photos, you can use the S380-25 or S385-25 with the 2440 stamp option. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you must measure as shown below.
