Channel Balance

Need to find a channel balance replacement part for my window. it's 34" in length and 9/16" (approximately 1/2"). I took out the other side of the channel balance and found some marking on it. 33?3 AP CALDWELL. Hope this help. Here's some new photos.. Need you help to identify the parts.

I uploaded more photos but somehow they did not show up. Here are more photos, including the on the middle part of the balance, where sping and thread meet.

Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-34 or the S385-34. You'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe to determine which of these is the right replacement.

You can select the 3330 stamp option.
