Channel Balance

Question

Need to find a channel balance replacement part for my window. it's 34" in length and 9/16" (approximately 1/2"). I took out the other side of the channel balance and found some marking on it. 33?3 AP CALDWELL. Hope this help. Here's some new photos.. Need you help to identify the parts.
