Channel balance for single, non-tilt window. It has the follow printed on it 36 5 AV CMC 2. I also have another one that is identical except it has 36 4 AV CMC 2 printed on it. I would like to replace these.Please help me identify.

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S395-37 Channel Balance. For the balances stamped 36-4, use the stamp option of 3640; for the balances stamped 36-5, use 3650. Let me know if you have further questions.
