Channel Balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. I don't see any orders under this email address. Are you able to provide the order number? Can you remove the balance and show us photos? We'd like to see the top and bottom fitting along with any stamps on the metal channel. 

Thank you for the photos! I believe we can help with this but we'll need more information to identify what you may have here. There should be some type of shoe or attachment that pops onto the rivet in your first photo. Can you show us a photo of that? Can we also see a photo of the stamp on the back of the metal channel?

Hi there Carla. I see you were in touch with our customer service team regarding 26C balances. I reviewed the photos you sent them and it appears the balance in those photos is different from the one in this discussion thread. 

The photos you emailed to our customer service teams shows a ribbed balance with the 15-043 terminal clip, while the balance above has a screw tab. I'm a little lost, so we'd like to start from scratch to make sure we get you the right parts for the job. Can you upload photos of the complete, undamaged balance assembly removed from the window? We need to confirm which attachment it uses along with the stamp on the back of the metal channel. Can you also confirm the width and depth of the metal channel?
