Channel Balance
Thanks for writing in! May I see a photo of the spring side of the channel balance? I'm particularly looking to see a photo of the piece connecting spring and the string (cord) in the middle of the balance.
I'm happy to confirm the replacements for all of the balances you are purchasing, I'll just need to know their lengths and stamps. If the stamps are hard to read and/or missing, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash.
You may need to lubricate them throughout the years, depending on the conditions they experience and the amount of usage. Sometimes the balances are just worn out and need replacing. We suggest using a silicone-based lubricant.

Also, can you send me a link to the clips that go into the side of the window to hold the balance down? I had a few break. I can borrow from other window if I need to, but surely they cannot be that expensive.

Yes, I understand. I requested to see the bracket because there is another option that would be a custom assembly, so it isn't available on the website. The bracket on your balance does not have the custom one. That said, you'll need either the Series 351 or the Series 390 to replace your balances.
To select the correct balance, you'll first need to confirm the depth of the shoe to determine the series. Then you'll need to confirm the length of the metal channel.
Once you've confirmed the series and length, you'll need to determine the stamp. Since your balances do not have stamps/markings, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the window sash. There is a chart below the product description that lists the weight range each stamp option will support.
In regard to the brackets, I assume you are referring to the top sash guides or the take out clips. I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged of the piece to identify the correct replacement.
