Size: 1/2 " X 25"
I found 2440 BSI DA on one side of the channel balance.

Thanks for posting! This window balance reminds me of either the S380-25 or the S385-25. You'll need to measure the depth of your shoe to determine the correct replacement.

Our 2440 stamp will support a sash weighing 19 to 24lbs.

it is 3/32" or S385. Do they come with installation instructions?
