Channel Balance

I would like to replace the channel balances on 5 identical windows. The identifier on the part says "21 4 FN Caldwell" and the length of the metal portion is 21 15/16". Any help identifying and purchasing these would be appreciated.

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out! Based on the stamp, the channel should be 22". That being said, I believe you'll need the S395-22.

Our 2140 stamp should be the one you need. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 15 to 23lbs.
