Channel Balance

Question

Can you please help identify the replacement channel balance?

The Metal part is 28" long
Width = almost 1/2"
Stamp says: 27 6

Also can you please suggest the appropriate Top Sash Guide with correct screw?(screw is missing)

Thanks for contacting us. Start by looking at our S395-28 channel balance and 18-174 top sash guide. Just make sure that the dimensions match up.
