Channel Balance

Question

I'm trying to replace a 1/2" wide window channel balance that is 34" long. There is a number stamped on the channel that says 3340. It looks like your S380 or S385 would replace it. Would you be able to tell me which would replace the 3340? Thanks

Here's the confusion. 3340 isn't your balance Series; that's your stamp option. You'll need to select the 34" balance and 3340 option once you know the Series. To tell the difference between the Series 380 and the Series 385, you should measure like in the photo below. If it does, in fact, measure 1-3/32", you should go with the Series 385. If it's 1", that's the Series 380.
