On the channel balance, there is a number stamped: B.S.I. 2830. The channel is 1/2" and the length is about 30 1/8".

I'm actually not familiar with Public Supply Company window, but I do know they stop making them in 2011. To help you with the balance, I need to see the balance top fitting and I need to know the depth of the bottom balance shoe. Measure like this and get back to me with your result:
