Hi John. This looks to be from an old discontinued Crossly window that was popular in Florida during the last century. We can custom make a 39" channel balance for you, stamped 3830, with our 19-005 Top and 15-029 Bottom attached. I am sending you an email with a custom link to order (4) of these balances.
