Channel Balance Assistance

Question

The string on one of my channel balance attachements broke on my Mercer (1984) windows. I would like to order 2 to replace both sides. The metal part is 21 inches in length and channel width 1/2 inches on side nearest glass and 5/8 on bottom nearest wall. The markings are:
20-4 KD5 CMC 54

Which channel balance unit including shoes should I request? Thanks

Hey, Ray. I recommend our S385-21 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting. As long as your measurements match up to the dimensions we show for this product then it should be a great match.
