Channel Balance Code "3030" 31 inches long

A handy person from Trabuco Canyon, CA 92679 says:

I need 6 new Channel Balance devices to replace my existing devices.

Attached are photos of the top and bottom plastic shoes along with with length measurements and "stamped code (3030).

Also included is a photo of the top sash guide which I believe is 5/8" (your part # 18-008) I need (6) of these guides.

Not sure why the top of the top sash guide is cut off but somehow it works.

I have ordered similar parts from SWISCO in the past. (Oct 2019 and Nov 2020)

Please confirm correct part numbers to order.

Thanks

Allan

Based on your photos, you have either our S351-31 or S390-31. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.

I agree that the 18-008 is a good match for the top sash guide.

The measurement for the bottom fitting was 1 1/8 inches so I will order the "S-390-31" Channel Balance.

Thanks for your assistance!

Allan

Please note that I ordered "option 3030" with the "S390-31" device. I hope that is correct!

If this is not correct then I need to change the order to something else.

Please confirm.

Thanks

Allan
