I am in need of assistance to identify the right channel balance for my window. Looking over your website, the top nylon fitting does not match to the units shown, as there is an additional notch on mine. Below is the data I have collected to go with the attached photos.
Window: Milgard
Sash: non-tilt 27x27
Stamp: 26 4 FP Caldwell
Channel balance length: 27"
Channel balance top: winged 7/8" W x 1 3/16" L x 11/16" D
Channel balance shoe: winged 7/8" W x 1" L x 1" D

Thanks for posting. The 19-005 Nylon Top Attachment that comes with both our Series 380 and Series 385 Channel Balances should work fine; some balances have a slightly different appearance, but are functionally the same.
Could you confirm that the depth of your nylon shoe is in fact 1"? It looks a little bigger in your photo. If it's 1-3/32", it's a slight but significant difference, and you should see our S385-27. Your stamped code of 26 4 conforms to our stamp option of 2640, for a window sash weight range of 19 through 26 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
