Hi
I have a question....tried to use the website but not able to identify the end pieces on my channel balance.
My channel is 20" long x 1/2" wide. Top plastic piece has two tab that extend to each side of the channel (1/2" long tabs x 15/16" overall width at tabs) and it is 1 1/4" long x 1/2" wide w/o tabs.
This bottom plastic piece has two tabs that extend to each side of the channel (3/8" x 15/16" overall width at tabs. The rest of the plastic piece is 1 1/8" Tall and 1 1/8" deep.
On the back of the channel is says, "19 9 HP Caldwell.
I need two for a window that weighs 25#. Window is double pain and measure 44 7/8" (W) x 22 5/8" (H).
Can you tell me which part I need for replacement?

Could we just see a photo of these top and bottom attachments? There are two or three different attachments with tabs, and it makes a big difference? The rest of the information you provided is excellent and will let us nail down the identification once we see the attachments. Thanks!
