Channel Balance For Single Hung Windows

We'd be happy to help but I'm not sure if our stock balances will work for your windows. To confirm, we'll need to see a photo of where the pulley and spring connect inside of your channel balance. That will help us determine if you can use stock balances or if they will need to be custom-ordered. Thank you! 

Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
