Channel Balance Help

I need to find a replacement channel balance for a small window. The part is 11" in length and is stamped with 1040. I need to purchase 4.

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be custom made due to its short length. Can you just confirm the Series? Looking at your photos, I think you might have our Series 380 channel balance; this comes with the 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom fitting. Carefully compare these nylon fittings to yours to confirm they're the same.
Assuming they are, I'll email you a custom order link right now for 4. You can use this to place your order whenever you wish, though keep in mind it expires after two weeks. If you don't think you have the Series 380, let me know and we can make some adjustments.
