Channel Balance Help

A home owner from Illinois says:
Need help with identifying the correct shoe. The part seems to measure more than 1", but less than 1 1/8". Trying to decide if the 351, or the 390 is correct.
Also the guide in my picture looks different than your 19-002. Will yours still work?

I am going to order the 2803, is that what the stamping 28-3 indicates I should order?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

If the bottom nylon shoe is greater than 1" at all, then the S390-29 should be fine (assuming the metal channel is 29" in length). These nylon shoes can wear down over time; but essentially, if it's greater than 1", we can assume in this case that it's the Series 390. I wouldn't worry about the slight difference in the appearance of the top nylon fitting either; functionally it is the same. Finally, your stamp code of 28-3 corresponds to our stamp option of 2830, which you'll need to select when purchasing this balance.
