I hope you are all doing well, and staying healthy.
I need two window balances. The ones that are broken are 18" in length (metal section only, not counting the plastic end fittings). They are 1/2" in width and 5/8" in height. They have a marking on them that reads "17 9 IR CALDWELL".

Hey Bill. This appears to be an S395-18. You'll have to choose a stamp option as well. Your stamp code of 17-9 is from an older rating system we don't use. To know what stamp option to select, obtain the exact weight of your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges lsited alongside each stamp option on the product page.
