It appears the top nylon fitting has wings, or side tabs, while the bottom fitting does not. Is that correct? If so, I believe you might need our S395-29. Just make sure the specifications match your old balance. For a stamp option choose 2830.

For the Top Sash Guide, begin by comparing with our 18-178 pair. Let me know if the dimensions differ at all.
