Kinco window balance 28 3

I have Kinco Windows from 1988 in my home and the balances are wearing out. I have removed a pair and they are marked 28 3. It appears that I need 28" 390 Series balances. Based on the pics attached would you concur that I require a pair of 2730 balances? Is a 2730 actually 30 inches long?

Based on your stamp, I believe that our 29" long balance is the better match. I would double check the length of your metal channel just to be sure.
