May I please have help identifying which channel balance I need for my non-tilt window? Here are the details:
Metal portion measures 33"
End pieces look winged? And if I'm measuring right, bottom portion measures over 1"
Stamp: 32 4 CO Caldwell
I've included photos of the top, bottom, and stamp.

Hi Cheryl, thank you for posting,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You will need a 33" balance with a 3240 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
