My mom has 2 different sized windows and the side sliders are sticking and she can't open her windows anymore. I want to order replacements for her and need to know what to order. She has two of the larger sized windows with sliders that say BS1 RO 31 3. And a smaller window w sliders that say BS1 RN 19 3.
Please help me figure out what to order. THANKS SO MUCH!
