Question

Looking for spring parts. Can you help us? We bought a spring from local store, it didn't work right. It is a small window 22-23" by 3 feet.

Thanks for sending in your balance photo. It looks like you have either our S380-12" or S385-12" channel balance. The difference between the two lies in the shoe. The series 380 balance has a 1" deep shoe while the series 385 has a shoe that is 1-3/32" deep. Compare your shoes to this photo to decide which is the better replacement. Then select spring strength option 1120.
