A quick learner from united states says:
Balance stamped 26-4

I ordered the S385-27 with option 2630 but it didn't rise up high enough to reach the take-out clip. Any ideas?

Thanks for posting. Hm, that seems a little weird. I assume you are referring to when the take-out clips are used during the installation of the new balances. Are you placing the hook of the new balance in the slot further down the window track, then placing the top nylon fitting beneath the take-out clip? Look at the video below for details.
