Channel Balance ID

Question

I have vinyl windows and the channel balances keep falling down when I open the windows. The number on the balance is 23 3 EJ. The balance measures 1/2" wide and 24" long. Could you please share the replacement part number based on the information above? If only one of the two balances are not working, can you only replace the damaged balance or do you need to replace both balances? Lastly, do you have a video that shows how to replace a balance. Thanks for writing in. This looks like our S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2330.
