Channel Balance ID

A home owner from Illinois says:

33 4 FL CALDWELL

Hi,

I think these are either 380 or 385. Please let me know how to determine which one. The length is close to 34".

Thanks,

Mohit

Thanks for writing in. The sole difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. For the Series 380, that depth is 1"; whereas the Series 385 the depth is 1-3/32". Your shoe looks fairly small, so I would lean towards the Series 380, but confirm this to be safe. If the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, is 34" long, then see either our S380-34 or S385-34. You will need a stamp option of 3340.
