Thanks for posting. This balance is damaged, so it's tough for us to say with any certainty what you need without seeing a whole, complete channel balance. That said, that top looks like it might be a broken 19-018 Top Fitting. If so, then you might need a Series 377 Channel Balance. Look it over and see what you think. if you're not certain, please show us pictures of an undamaged balance to confirm. Many thanks.
