The metal is 0.5 inch wide, 0.5 inch deep, and 28 inches long from metal to metal. 29 inches from end of plastic tip to plastic tip. In the metal 27-6 is stamped.

I think model 395 was the best match?

I agree, this looks like our S395-27. You will also need to choose a stamp option. Your stamp code of 27-6 conforms to our stamp option of 2760. Let us know if you have any other questions.

thanks. When I reviewed the video about how to change channel balances, the balances drop to the bottom. In my windows, the clip holding the balances are in the middle of the window so the balances don't fall to the bottom. They remain in the upper part of the window. It may be nice to include a video of such a case.

Thanks for getting back to me. Understood; yes, the placement of the take-out clips can vary from window to window. Did the procedure work otherwise? If so, good; but I agree differences in these windows are worth noting just in case. Let me know if you have any other questions.
