This looks like a 390 series, but cannot tell what 3000 series to order. Stamp seeems to say 30C usb.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

If the 'depth' or heel-to-toe measurement of the nylon shoe is 1-1/8", then yes, this is a Series 390. If the metal channel is 31" long, not including the nylon fittings, then it's a S390-31. Finally, your stamp code of 30C corresponds to our stamp option of 3030 (A=10, B=20, C=30, so forth...), which is for a window sash in the weight range of 16 through 23 lbs.
